Villa facilities: Every villa has 3 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor + guest room with bathroom on the ground floor. Bedrooms features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a sea-view terrace that offers a breath-taking panorama of the Zadar archipelago.
The bathrooms have a walk-in shower. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom includes a freestanding bathtub and dual washbasins.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the living and dining area with an attached kitchen, as well as a convenient powder room.
Each villa offers a 600m2 of a private garden, complete with a heated 40m2 private pool, spacious lounges, and open-air shower. Shaded terrace includes comfortable living area and a space for outdoor dining.
Outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue set. The villa’s kitchen features an induction stove with four hobs and a hood, refrigerator, freezer & wine/drinks fridge, all standard size most likely with ice cubes machine. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, a combination of oven and microwave, a coffee machine, tea cattle, a toaster, and an egg cooker.
A laundry room is furnished with a washing machine and dryer, a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with television sets for entertainment. The bathrooms are well-appointed and include a hair dryer, a scale, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and a vanity box for personal care needs.
A family kit that includes a set of children’s tableware, a highchair, a crib, and other items, can be provided upon request. 3 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor are equipped with an individual safe for valuables.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, as well as in the living area and kitchen.

Pets: € 40,00 per dog per day (only pets up to 25kg allowed)

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Advance payment policy:
30% of total amount booked, is a non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of confirmation
50% of total amount booked as deposit to be paid within 45 days from date of arrival
Balance to be settled within 21 days before arrival
In the case of short notice bookings, a credit card will be accepted to charge the full amount of the reservation.
Cancellation policy:
30% of the total amount is non refundable from the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation from time of booking until 45 days before arrival only the non-refundable deposit of 30% will be kept as penalty
From 44 days before arrival to 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 28 days before arrival to 15 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty, remaining part will be reimbursed
From 14 to day of arrival: 100% of the total amount booked will be kept as penalty
